A Not necessarily. If you have the time, experience, and team to manage factories, quality control, and logistics yourself, you might not need us. But if you want to save time, avoid costly mistakes, and focus on growing your brand — that’s where we come in.
Q What’s your MOQ? (Minimum Order Quantity)

A We don’t have a fixed MOQ. Instead, we balance production efficiency with your actual needs — whether it’s a small test batch or a full container. Our goal is to help you start without being blocked by rigid quantity requirements. Just tell us your target, and we’ll work out a feasible solution.
Q How long does sampling take?

A
Typically 1-2 weeks, depending on product complexity. We’ll push for the fastest timeline possible without compromising quality.
Q How can I track my order progress?

A Once your order is confirmed, you can track every stage — sampling, production, quality inspection, and shipping — through our order tracking platform. No guessing, no endless follow‑ups.
Q What is your factory group? What factories does it include?

A Our factory group is a network of specialized manufacturers working together transparently to serve the same clients. It includes factories for barbells, weight plates, kettlebells, racks, and attachments — each filling the gaps of the others. This way, you get consistent quality across different product categories without managing multiple suppliers.
Q Where are you located? Can we meet in person?

A We’re based in Qingdao, China — right in the heart of the fitness equipment manufacturing region. We also attend FIBO (Germany) and China Sports Show every year. Face‑to‑face conversation is always our preference. You’re very welcome to visit us, and we’d be happy to meet you at one of the shows.
Q Do you have standard products I can order directly?

A We don’t keep a fixed catalog. Most of our work is custom — based on your design, sample, or product idea. That said, if you’re looking for a reference, we can share examples of what we’ve done for other clients.
